Abstract Submission Guidelines for Free Paper / Award Paper :

General Instructions

• All abstracts must be original and unpublished.
• The paper should not have been presented in any conference earlier.
• Submission of an abstract constitutes the author's commitment to present it if accepted.
• All presenters must register for the conference.
• Authors are responsible for all presentation-related expenses.
• Accepted abstracts will be printed as received, so ensure error-free text.

Abstract Submission Guidelines For Free Paper :

• The abstract must not exceed 150 words, using 12pt Arial font.
• The title should be concise and avoid abbreviations.
• Abstract must include Aim, Methods, and Conclusion.
• Do not include images, graphs, or tables in the abstract.
• The first author will be the presenting author.
• One author can present only one oral presentation.
• The scientific committee reserves the right to accept/reject any paper.
• Conference registration is mandatory to present Free Paper.

Guidelines For Award Papers:

• Presenter should be below 45 years of age.
• Should have at least one year of Society membership.
• Work presented should be done in India.
• Presenter must personally present the paper at the conference.
• Paper should not have been published or presented earlier.
• Head of the Institution must certify that the work is the presenter's contribution.
• Scientific Committee has the final say on the acceptance and presentation category.
